The Nanorite Innovation Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is designed to accommodate the development of business start-ups for Nanotechnology, Microfabrication, and other advanced technologies. Features include: Optical Inspection Smartscope, a Clean Room, a Nanoscience Laboratory, Microfabrication and Advanced Technologies.

Cleanroom:
The Class-100 Cleanroom is located adjacent to the Microfabrication Lab and the Manufacturing Education Center of Chippewa Valley Technical College. Tenants will enjoy access to these and other technologies at the campus including machine tool and automation specialties.

The NanoRite Innovation Center offers tenants a Class-100 Cleanroom for entrepreneurial and applied research activities. The facilities are ideal for prototype and product development in an applied research environment.

The Class-100 Cleanroom offers a state-of-the-art facility conducive to applied research activities. Tenants will be able to accelerate product development ideas through the use of highly specialized equipment and faculty from the College and nearby Universities.
Interior:
Tenants to the NanoRite Innovation Center will benefit from business resources housed in an environment conducive to applied research and production. Facilities will include numerous amenities in a newly constructed facility.
Exterior:
Located adjacent to the Manufacturing Education Center at Chippewa Valley Technical College, the NanoRite Innovation Center will offer an incubation environment geared toward Nanotechnology, micro-machining, and other emerging technologies.
Floorplan:
The NanoRite Innovation Center is an approximately 40,000 square foot incubation facility housing leasable tenant space. Space includes wetlabs and space of flexible size, access to a Class 100 Cleanroom, Microfabrication Lab, and numerous included amenities.
